Tom DeBlass

Tom DeBlass began his martial arts career studying Tae-Kwon-Do at the age of six. While attending Monmouth University — where he earned a dual degree in Elementary and Special Education — he decided to focus on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Professor Tom has established himself as one of the best adult American Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitors. He is the only person in NJ to win an adult Black Belt Pan American Title, and the only person in NJ history to win the North American ADCC trials twice. He is also a UFC and Bellator Fighting Championship veteran.
Professor Tom and his staff have built one of the largest Jiu-Jitsu academies in New Jersey — over 6,000 square feet with hundreds and hundreds of students from all walks of life. The environment is family-oriented and stress-free, and the top priority is making sure each student gets the individual attention they need.
